It's a waste of money. Your battery may go out faster as well. Spend your $$$ on headers if you want.

its a waste of money unless u do all the typical mods (i/e/h/p) and still are looking for more but dont have the money for a real supercharger or turbo kit. as far as the battery part, i dont think its an issue since it comes with an on/off switch so you should be smart enough not to drive with it always on.

my money stays in my pocket on this one.

My friend installed one on his DeLorean with the Flux Capacitor 2000 and when he hit V-Attack the car made 1234 whp.

No.... j/k. On a serious note those things are garbage. I actually did have a friend with a Explorer who was pretty dumb and he bought a turbo supercharger off of ebay. I told him not to buy it when I spoke to him but of course he did. When he got it looked like a $1 fan with 3 wires attached and the instructions were written on lined school book paper... LOL. Don't fall prey to those scams.

Whoa whoa, I'm not scammin anyone! C'mon! All startup business ventures have to start from scratch. I figured those 60mm computer case fans could double as FI for the common NA automobile.

And because I sacrificed my computer for the first batch of electric superchargers , I couldn't type up a proper and professional installation manual, so sue me.

when i was over on the taurus SHO boards we did an experiment that showed they actually impede airflow into the engine. if i recall we found that the blow could supply something like 300 or 400 at full speed. the yamaha engine in the SHO needed something around 500 or 600 at 6800rpms. so in the end, it was only a restriction. i'll see if i can find the exact numbers somewhere. it was a good thread.

here is a very long thread i participated in about why the electric supercharger couldn't be done. my username on this board was BlackOnBlackATX. enjoy...

http://www.shoforum.com/showthread.p...ighlight=e-ram

edit - as i found it the stated flow was 150 from an E-ram back in 2003, the SHO engine needed 700. the new "super e-ram" claims 800 though. i would be skeptical of even that.....

I don't know if you're kidding or you're serious but I wasn't referring to you. This kid bought one years ago. It was called a turbo supercharger.

HAHA! 3 cars by second gear? Nice, I guess the electric supercharger makes you lose power rather than gain. I won't be getting one.
