Arrow Air Intake Type?

So My budget is around $100-$200 for a Short Ram Air Intake.

(I have a 2002 Acura TL 3.2)

I want it to look really cool, and also have a nice loud sound to it.

I found this http://www.ebay.com/itm/IN-STOCK-INJ...ht_2883wt_1163 And I also found this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/WEAPON-R-DRA...#ht_2895wt_906

So, which is better, the Injen or the Dragon R? Also do both of them make loud noise too? Maybe a Pros n Cons of each of the 2 intakes might help me some

Thanks!!!

Alright, and how do you like your SRI? Is it nice and loud? How long did it take you to remove the Stock intake and replace it with the SRI? And would you recommend AEM or Injen brand?

Thank you!

I love my short ram intake, actually it makes me mad sometimes because I here it more than my exhaust lol. It took me only 20-25 mins to replace and I think the only difference between the aem and injen intake is that the aem has a dry flow filter so it doesn't require any oils to catch dirt.

How about a regular Injen CAI one that goes into the hole of the old one?
Do they have problems?

Those are much better because it gets cold air instead of hot air inside the engine bay. You'll have no problems with water either unless you drive into water deep enough you better know how to swim.

Why a SRI? Because you "heard" of water stories? Get a CAI.

only reason why I got one at the time is because I had a crack in the top of mine and it was cheaper than getting a factory one.

Nope just, Dont buy an SRI..... Do Yourself a Favor and get a CAI.....

The Difference is just Built Quality if Both are SRI/CAIs the Main Difference Rely on the Filter ONLY!!
CAI with Bad Filter < OEM System with K&N Drop-In.

all intakes are the same.
a tube with a filter at the end.

short ram intakes will just suck up all the hot air from the engine bay.

remember colder air is denser air, which means MORE AIR.
MORE air equals MORE power
