Aftermarket headlights for 1999 TL

Does anyone know of any good aftermarket headlights for 99 TLs? When I look online I only find replacements, not even simple black housing ones.

I'm only able to find taillights from Depo for the TL. Unless the headlights they make for the CL fit on the TL too?
