Adapter for Sony Ericsson phone/walkman

I've seen all the adapters for connecting an iPod to the stereo in an 03 TL, but is there a similar adapter for connecting a Sony Ericsson walkman phone (w760) to the TL? I found the Blitzsafe adapter HON / AUX DMX V.1, but I don't know if that would be the best option. Anyone done this before?
