2nd Gen TL turbo in SLC, UT

Hey everyone I haven't posted on here for a long while now so I thought of lettin everyone know whats goin on with my whip... as the title states im going turbo everything custom by my buddies shop 3P performance products which is in Murray, UT. He is doing all custom manifolds different from the other 2nd gen's that I see on here that is runnin a turbo. Well here is some pics enjoy and let me know what you think ill take more when its complete in a couple days from today

right now im sittin at about $2700.00 im doing some of the labor for my buddy and he does all the welding so its not too bad

How much ground clearance do you have with the collector merging under the car?

The pipe clearance is about 4-5 inches from the ground so it shouldn't be too bad the front lip covers the pipe

What kind of clearance do you have the the downpipe? Also, are you going to wrap the electric parts near the exhaust housing with some reflective heat wrap/tape? the exhaust side can get red hot...literally red, if you're a bit heavy on it. I started to melt the reservoir on my brake master cylinder on my 240 before I had a chance to wrap the bish. Nice job so far.

the downpipe is being ran right next to the front motor mount and between the tranny that way there is no electrical parts in the way to get melted and the only thing we have to modify is the upper radiator hose i am still able to keep my original fans and keep A/C which is what my goal was haha the downpipe will be sitting at the same clearance as the manifold piping and thanks!!!!

Very cool, but why even try to be fast on 20 inch rims??

thanks for all the comments though i will keep everyone posted when more work has been done.... we did get the BOV mounted on today and now working on the downpipe and more welding
