Hey IHaveNoIdea2012,
You would have better luck checking out the "Black Market" subforum for any used parts which you may need.
Check for nearby local Auto Recycler's wrecking yards, as they normally have a few 2nd Gen TL's ('99-'01) will be an exact fit. The '02-'03 models have a newer restyled front clip and would require buying the entire clip to use on your 2000 model.

Acurazine's "Black Market"
Yeah, the salvage yards can hook ya up with used parts. Even if they don't have what ya need, they can locate it from another yard. Sometimes they carry aftermarket replacement parts also.
To check out the site's"Black Market" subforum, simply go to the very bottom of any forum's page to the lower right hand corner. You'll see "forum jump", click on the blue "V", and scroll down to "off topic communties", then below that......you'll find the "Black Market" !!!!!
