Hey thx for that but the kit i got seems to be a newer year because it has a smaller control box and has a green on off switch does any1 know what to do for the green on off switch i could take a pic if it would help

there is nothing different with the gauge install. Its just a different style switch. All you need to do is mount the switch where you want. I had mine on the knee panel kinda by the factory dimmer control

one question i dont wanna change the way my gauges light up but i do like the white face or silver gauges..is it possible to get them but not connect them so they light up blue and red and leave it to light up like stock?

I want to install the gauges from the 02-03 type S. Would the swap be similar or is it different from the way you install the indiglo gauges?

No because the light from the stock gauges doesnt come thru them. At night this is what you would see. At night all you would see is the needles and its very hard to see teh #s

What kind of indiglo guage is that? it doesnt seem blue and did you have your headlights on during the day?

Depends. If you get the whole cluster or just the faces. If you get teh faces, you will have to take the needles off (and then recalibrate the gauges, which could become a pain)to install them?? dont know ive only swaped out the whole cluster

Is the blue on this odometer wedge kit the same blue as the white face glow guages at night cause it seems lighter????

If I swap out the entire gauge cluster would the mileage read what ever is on the gauge cluster that I swapped? Is it hard to recalibrate the gauges?

i just started installing the guages when I came too 2 problems.

1. The guages matched perfectly to the spedometer except when it came to the park, nuetral, drive, lights they did not line up no matter how hard i tried to make them, so right from there I was screwed.

2. Once I cut the holes so they would line up to the spedometer I installed them saying well its not perfect but good enough, I turned the car on went out and the needles got stuck and wouldnt move, so I took the 2 way tape off and put thinner 2 way tape on and it still it didnt work. So I took the whole thing off and to my surprise nothing worked at all. So after a few hours I tried it again and it does work, so thank god for that but now im back to stock

i know this has been dead for a while but i was wondering if there is anywhere i could find the gauge faces without the queer indiglo ring thing, i dont want my tl lookin like my gshock watch..thanks for the input
