'02 TL Type S - replacement for comptech exhaust pipe

Spent way too many hours underneath my "new" '02 TL Type S this weekend, changing the front motor mount and struggling to remove the front exhaust pipe (Y pipe between manifold and catalytic converter). Then, the new replacment pipe (Bosal) doesn't fit! Turns out, I've got performance parts -- Comptech headers and pipe. $$$ are tight -- going with a comptech replacement pipe looks pricey. Any suggestions for how to proceed in a budget friendly way? Thanks so much for any suggestions.

Harry

p.s. the problem with the pipe is a leak in the flex section.

An exhaust shop can replace the flex pipe section

Thanks for the advice. No worries -- I am not replacing the Comptech components. The pipe is at the shop, having a new flex section welded in.
