Zaino and Porter Cable...
I just purchased a porter cable orbital from griotsgarage.com cause I have alot of swirls under the florescent lighting. Anyway I want to do the whole zaino process over, dish soap, 3m polish glaze, claybar, zaino wash, polish lok, so on and so on. Well I was wondering if I can remove the zaino with the orbital or is it strictly required to remove by hand?

I hope you meant 3M Swirl Mark Remover rather than polish glaze.
You don't need the PC for Zaino removal. Just makes it messier to clean up when you're done. Go and get some nice microfiber towels.
The PC works best at applying product, specifically abrasives. Zaino has no abrasives.

I believe the Zaino instructions say to remove the Zaino in straight lines (up and down on the side panels, etc.) It is pretty easy to remove the zaino with a good towel too!!

Congrats on the pc purchase. You will find you can spend less time and elbow grease now getting your car perfect.
1st Start off with the dish detergent
2nd use clay bar the car (groits sells a nice pad for doing this with the pc)
3rd use the orange polish pad and the swirl remover to level out thoughs swirls
4th use a microfiber cloth to clean off the polish
5th apply polish lock (by hand as needs to be very light)
6th use the white finishing pad and Zaino's z-5 polish
7th apply z-2 by hand as to not waist too much
8th remove with microfiber cloth
all done unless you're looking for that next step.
use white polish pad and micro fiber suede bonnit (topoftheline.com sells them) to smooth out the polish the next step
for the show car look use the white pad to apply pinniacle wax ontop of the zaino's, finishing with microfiber suede bonnet
