Where to get? What brand, wattage (prefer 51W), and how much?

I don't know about the gs400, but the jdm type-r uses an h3 bulb
like most fog lights do. But, the bulb itself is not yellow. Infact,
getting a yellow bulb (especially in 9006 is very rare). What's usually
done is a yellow jacket is attacted to the light housing. So the
clear bulb in inside of it.

If anyone does have a yellow 9006, I'll buy a pair too. btw, PIAA
yellow ions are near impossible to find. No shop here knows where
to get em.

 

I am not sure about GS..but on LS400, the fog bulb is not yellow bulb. There is little yellow deflector cover in the fog lens around the bulb. That makes the fog beam yellow.
