2000tlnavi

i have a 2000 tl w/ navi. i'm currently using a blitzsafe adapter for my XM. it works great. now i have an iPod (60GB video) and i'm looking for a good solution that will allow me to use both the XM and the iPod. when in the car, i would like for the iPod to be charged and controlled by the radio controls and steering wheel controls. (i know the dension icelink will do this, but it won't allow me to use the XM as well. i haven't decided yet, but i may just get rid of the xm)

i've done some research, but have not come across anything that will charge my pod piece as well as provide an aux input for my XM. PIE (precision interface electronics) makes a triple input switchable aux interface that allows you to toggle between your OEM cd changer and AUX 1, 2 & 3. this combined with an iPod car charger will ultimately do what i need it to do (minus the controls), but i was hoping there was something out there that would fit my needs/wants 100%.

is there any iPod interface out there that also has a second (or more) aux input(s)?

anyone have any suggestions??
