yea wrong forum.. this is for 2g .. wingswest makes a polyurethane lip similar to the stock lip.... if this can be moved or answered.... im trying to get it shipped and i could save half of the shipping is they bend it... should i say ok or no? has anyone done it?

its a risk, but polyurethene can technically be bent.
you'd have to use some sort of heating gun (blow dryer?) and sit there for a bit till it was soft and pliable and then reform it.
there isn't much risk but if the person keeps it too long it might bend out of whack and if someone tries reforming it sans heat they'll cause a crease

i would not bend it in half..... it would leave a crease line in the plastic... something you wouldnt wanna see on your car... so just pay the full shipping... dont take the cheap way out of this

Don't cheap out on the shipping. If you want the piece it's part of the cost. I had my OEM lip kit shipped from Bellevue, WA to my place in Edmonton, AB...think that was cheap? It sure as hell wasn't but it was part of the price to have the kit.
