Deflocks

so i was driving earlier tonight and had to brake pretty hard and all of a sudden my tac\speed\temp\gas gauges all froze up, the car was still running and the TCS, SRS, and ABS lights were all on. so i pulled over and turned off the car, waited a few min, i did a quick look around checking the routers(the best i could without any light) i felt some brake dust. then i jumped in and started the car back up, everything was cool except the ABS\SRS\TCS were still on for like 10min, i cont to drive till i saw they shut off. the car felt fine durning the rest of the drive, but my question is WTF?! could there be any issues later on? should i check out my brake system and such? ideas?

i think you are fine. this happened when i changed my pad/rotors. as long as it went off by itself you're okay.
