Worth getting the body kit (crappy roads)??

I live in Staten Island, NY where a lot of the roads are horrible. I've been thinking if its worth getting the body kit cause I really dont want to spend a thousand dollars on it only to scratch it all up. How much ground clearance would I get with the kit?

Also, I know this doesnt relate to this post but i'm too lazy to make another one. What do you think of these rims:

Thanks!!

Bodykit is a must have. It really makes your car stand out. Are you planning to drop your car? If yes, how low?

BTW, I don't like those rims.

HMMM!!!! I like those wheels. Elegant and understated. I'm not big on flash. I'm also like the classic 5 spoke pattern.

Get the kit!! You will have a lot of clearance with the stock height. I will be dropping my car within these couple of months, but in the meantime, I have no problems with the bodykit.

Before someone kills me, can you remember that I was the one asking if the TL body kit will fit the Accord....

Now if somebody with the body kit on their TL could take a measuring tape and measure the length of the side skirts, I'd be very grateful.

Definately get the bodykit...it looks soooooo damn sweet on our ride. How much is the kit selling for retail at the dealership? The reason I'm asking is because my friend works for the dealership and can get me the kit for $1,150 Canadian...is that a good price? I figure that comes to about $720 US.
As for the mags...I say it's a so so

With the stock springs and the factory body kit I had no problems with scraping. When I installed the Comptech springs... well that's another story. The majority of the driveways are fine however, those that are steeper than "normal" or have a "dip" may cause you some problems . I actually put my stock front lip back on after a few too many encounters with the pavement.

Love the rims...they'd be better if the lugs were a part of the spokes...who makes em and what model are they?
