Wood Trim Along Doors & Console In Carbon Fiber???

I was wondering if anyone has heard or seen of replacements of the wood trim along the doors and the console, in Carbon Fiber. I've seen the dash kits in CF but never the door or console trim???? Thanks

nope, no one make its. it would be pretty pricey if you were to get it done custom though

you can however remove the door panel, melt the stakes that hold the trim pieces in place, then wrap them in silver/CF vinyl. I started this long time ago, but never got around to finish

that will only work for the center console trim pieces. The door ones you can't get them from dealer (unless you get the whole panel) and you will need to DIY

Where can I find that CF vinyl tape, I found some real CF tape that used on boats and other fiberglass products, but I'm not sure if it'll work????

what i really want to do (in my 03 TL-S nav SSM/black int) is take all that blackwood trim out, and put REAL blackwood trim in....i was talking to the service mgr about it, he said it would cost around $1500........that's from the same guy who offers a 99TL shift plate for $70......just wondering if anyone's tried this. -shawn
