What are your opinions about the wood steering wheel? Is it real wood? Does it look more luxurious that the normal steering wheel....? Give me all you got...Thx

Ain't my thing, maybe when I'm 105 years old...

 

I have one in mine. Was told that the wood is real. Only reason I got it is that Acura is running a special on them $330.00.

By in large I like it, but when you park in the sun the wood becomes very hot, where as the leather stays cooler.

 

I have one and like the way it looks in the car. I doubt that it's real wood though. It doesn't stand out too much from the stock b/c the wood is ebony.

 

The wood stearing wheel is plastic, and I don't think you'll get as good of a grip on it as you will with the leather.

I can't see replacing leather with plastic. I like the way it looks with the grey plastic, but I can't justify it right now.
