I ordered a Wings West flush mount spoiler (unpainted) 2 1/2 months ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. What's with this company? Is anyone else having the same problem?

I ordered my kit on Feb 2, 2004 and received it last week. Their excuse is that their plant has moved their operation from California to Mexico. With this move they also moved their efficiencies.

I just had my body kit installed by our local WW rep and he tells that the quality has gone down hill also. He had to prime the kit three time to get rid of pin holes which the good old Made in USA product never had. He had to play with the kit for fitting while the kit is also thicker and looked bulkier which he shaved for proper fit.

He has installed several the last two months with the same problem. Delivery time and quality is going down hill.

I attempted to call them every week from mid March until the first week of June. Their customer service has more imagination than Hollywood but worst phone procrastinational service I ever dealt with. I will never order from them again.

The kit looks good on my Black Pearl but is it worth it.....................
