never buy ANCO, Triple Edge, etc...
anco has a plastic frame and is built poorly (the rubber is also substandard), triple edge is all metal (a plus); but claim that the wipers will last the life of the car (then why do they sell refills?).
I reccomend BOSCH Microedge and PIAA silicone.
never heard of 3M wiper blades.
there are also japanese titanium alloy wiper blades, they seem cool.
