I need help on how to install new windshield wipers (The whole assembly, not just the squeegee part). More specifically, I need to know how to get the old ones off! The directions say to push the release tab (where is that). I pushed a tab at the base of the old assembly that I think might be the release tab, but when I went to slide it off, nothing happenned. No matter what I do, they won't come off! Please help!

push in and push down on the whole blade (the direction of the arm)

check your owner's manual. it shows in there how to remove the blades

look where the arm is connected on the middle of the wiper .... at the end of the arm is shaped like a "U".

Raise the wiper arm off the windshield. Disconnect the blade assembly from the wiper arm by pushing in the lock tab. Hold it in while you push the blade assembly toward the base of the arm.


Slide the new wiper blade into the holder until the tabs lock. Slide the wiper blade assembly onto the wiper arm.Make sure it
locks in place.
