Will a steering wheel from a 03TL fit 99TL?

if your changing just the steering wheel and keeping your 99 airbag and wheel controls it should fit. the 02-03 have the cool "A" on the airbag and i think the airbag may work i heard it was dual stage. not sure if the 99's are
