Hi, I'm wondering if Oem RL rims and tires will fit?
the rl rims are 8 with 55 offset and tires are 245/50/17
tls is 6.5 with 55 offset and tires are 215/50/17. Would the rl's rims and tires fit? I tried the tire rim calculator on here and it gave me this...

Inner Clearance:
19.05mm less
Outer Position:
extend by 19.05mm
Diameter difference:
1.18" (4.43%)

I just don't know exactly what that means? will they fit? If not will the rims and my current tires fit? If not will the rims and what size tire fit? Thank you

The offsets are the same so that's a good thing and you should be good but the RL has a wider tire so make sure it clears everything. Just from looking at the specs the wheels are the same except for the width.

2nd gen RL as in 2005+?
If so, I think the bolt pattern is 120mm and won't work

Hey thanks, yes the bolt pattern is 120. Sadly I'm clueless about rims. I know the bolt pattern for current rims on tl are 114.3. So would that have to make the offset 48 like it says on the chart because their 8? Can I put different tires on these than? Thank u both for your help

Yeah if the bolt pattern being 120 will make them unusable for yours.
