Whooo-hoooo

hi all, newbie here, I just picked up my 2003 TL-S in SSM last night! I've been waiting for the '04 but I got tired of waiting plus I wasn't overly thrilled with the concept pics. Also, you can't beat the price and interest rate right now, they are really blowing out the '03s.

I drove the G35 but really I didn't think it was all it was cracked up to be and they wanted a lot more money. I traded a 2000 Accord EX-V6 which I liked so I figured I couldn't go too wrong w/honda again.

Couldn't sleep last night and went on a joyride at 4:00am Just turned over 100 miles.

Anyway, hopefully this car will serve me well for the next 3-4 years. Was I crazy to buy a 03 this late?

I don't think so. I just bought an 03 myself 2 days ago and i love it. If the actual 04 TL is anything like the photos I've seen then I'm sure I won't be disappointed. Enjoy your car!

No matter what the '04 looks like, our cars are not ugly and drive really nice. Congrats!

Lots of Luck, I got mine 6 weeks ago after my lease on a CLS ended. No way was I going to get any other brand besides a Acura, 4th. one and never a problem with any of them.

Just drive and have fun!

hehe, I'm asking for flame again now, i guess if anyone 'remembers' me then you prob. already knows I don't really like "driving" it...

I have to treat it as a nice car or not a driver's car, which to me a sport cars are good car n the best car were those touring race car with no sound deadenling and rock solid suspension and stuff...

I still think the TL-S is a nice car though, but god I hate that perforated leather smell... now we have the car for 2 months and it approaching 1500 miles... I like it more because that dead animal smell are almost gone now...

so anybody thinks the leather smell is a little too strong??? ( It does smell like those cheap discount leather jackets at outlet mall to me... or is it just me??)

don't really notice the leather smell, either bad or good.

you don't like driving it because it is not a sports car? I really don't think acura ever said it was a sports car. It is a sedan with the sport package, which gives you a scoop of sport on top of a solid, "entry lux" package. Rock hard suspension and no sound insulation is great, but not for me and my hell-like commute in so cal traffic.

No, you were crazy not to buy one earlier.

Welcome to the club. And you aren't the only one who goes on joy rides at 4am. Sometimes I take my car out late and ride around just to clear my head.
