Who did I see here in VA?
I'm here in Ashburn, VA visiting my relatives and I spotted a dark 99-01 TL parked near the Applebee's in Sterling. It had a body kit with a WW spoiler and aftermarket foglights I believe. Just wondering who it was. I live in Tucson, AZ.
