hey guys, any good recommendations? now i have the stock fog light and it's boring, i wanna change it to white ones. i read through the accessories part, and anyone using the PIAA 9000 Series Platinum Super White Bulbs?

there is this white fog light specially for TL-S, but is it good? what's the diff between model 9004, 9005, 9006, and 9007?

any other good suggestiongs? thanks guys.

I have the plasmas. They are by far the best. A bit more money than the others. I was at a bar with Valet parking and my type-s was brought to the front behind another type-s with the stock bulbs. The other guy couldn't believe the difference. If you can afford a bit more money you won't be let down. Now everyone is going to bash PIAA's for burning out to fast but I'll have to see.

 

I have the Platinum Super Whites. From inside the car (while driving) these bulbs are noticably whiter and brighter than stock. However, from the outside, looking head-on at the lights, I don't notice much difference from stock.

From what others have said on this board, these bulbs are not as close to the Xenons on our cars as some other bulbs (like the Plasmas) but they last much longer. At $75 a pop, I don't want to have to replace them every 6 months.

This topic has been discussed many times on this board. Do a search on "fog bulbs", "foglights", "foglight bulbs", or some variation of those and I'm sure something will come up.

 

I used the CATZ Galaxy White bulbs which matched better then the PIAA Super White Platinums (I had both). They are a little cheaper too.....

 

The TLS fogs use the 9006 type bulbs.
