Im another satisfied Cerritos Acura customer. If you are going to purchase a car there...just remember when their manager writes their "firm out the door offer" on that sheet of paper...you go ahead and write YOUR firm out the door offer and stick to it no matter how much verbal bull s*** they throw at you. Remember that it is okay to piss off the managers/sales agents that are giving you a hard time about accepting your offer...I did and prevailed. Like an attorney prepares to cross-examine a witness in a court of law...car buyers should have that frame of mind if they have to haggle.

Glendale area....goes to Acura of Glendale for Maintenance (they used to be in Pasadena). Good service, got my navi codes and software install for free.

Huh? What? oh! PRESENT! i'm in boring hot Sac but wish i was in SOCAL. usually get most of my service done at Niello Acura. they're usually pretty coo bout most stuff. still havent been to Elk Grove Acura (which is actually in south sac, not elk grove). sucks that we have only 2 Acura dealers in allllll of sac!

WOW...who ressurrected this old thread? This is over 2 years old lol. I feel very honored and humbled that it's been brought back from the dead heh.

BTW, still residing in Orange County, Socal.
