Hey Alex, Does your blower motor run at all ?
Most times the transistor pack and wiring harness are the normal problems as Stephen previously stated. Just FYI : the climate control has a self-diagnostic feature.
To check the system, turn key on, push auto button, then push off button with auto button still being pushed in......if there's a problem, then the temp digital indicator will give you an error code. If none, then turn key off to return to normal mode. If it gives a letter "N" code, that would indicate a shorted blower motor. Check wiring harness.
Don't forget to check the underhood fuse #56 (40A) and the #11 relay for the blower.

Hate to piggyback on your thread, but I've had a question relating to this for a while. Is there something that would cause a blower to not blow as hard as it should? I've changed the cabin air filters which helped, but it just doesn't seem to be very powerful. Maybe thats just how the TL is? I just got mine so I don't know how it was 10 years ago. (03 TL)
