Question Where to get a K&N filter?

Where is the best place to get a K&N Air Filter for the best price? Is that the best air filter out there? Thanks for the help!

Forget K&N, check out this thread out on TLS.

http://www.acura-tl.com/forum/showth...threadid=45356

--- www.afefilters.com

They are much higher quality than a K&N - more pleats, optimum pitch of pleats for air flow, mini velocity stack construction for the conicals, the oil stays puts and won't contaminate MAF's, and the sealing material is hi quality polyurethane, not cheap plastisol.
Of course, they can be cleaned and re-oiled.

I went to the afefilters site and looked into getting an OEM replacement for the filter in my 99TL. Acura was not even one of the choices for the manufacturer. Are you sure that they sell the filter that will fit a 99?

Thanks,
Axe

Personally I prefer the foam Comptech design to the K&N filter, and you can get the Comptech right off this site. Just hit the above Intake link.

That's the point and why I directed to Road Rage's post.

If we want one, we need to scream for one. I've already sent them a message and will post the respone in the original thread.

And if you can't wait, do as Mr Hyde recommends.
