16 is the smallest that will fit otherwise break caliper clearance becomes a problem

Are you 100% positive? Some 13" wheels like TE-37's can fit over the bigger calipered gsr's or Si's. I was just wondering if it was the same for a TL-S. I have a great offer for some 15" rims with some radials on it. So I just want to make 100% sure before I pass on it. Thanks.

why would u want smaller wheels?

For spares just to take to the track. I drive like 50-70 miles a day so I dont feel like buying sticky tires for daily drivers.

HAHA... I never heard of going smaller. Whatever floats your boat... As long as you dont get 13" 11 100 spoke rims. Like you see on those Samuri's and other jeep imatations. Those are to funny...
