says that you have to use a 3 mm drill bit and then a 10 mm drill bit. my dad has a drill bit set but they are not in mm. they're like (example)1/64, 3/5, blah blah blah. Does anyone know which size drill bit i should use?

I've tried using a conversion table specifically for drill bits.

but there's not a fractional drill bit that will perfectly convert to 3 mm or 10 mm.
thanks though tatewaki.

3 millimeter = 0.1181102 inch
1/64 =.015625
3mm =7.5/64 or just under 1/8

Buying the bit is pretty cheap, and it'll save you the headache
