what should i do first?

I just recently got a 2000 red Tl and i want to do SO many things to it but i have about 0 dollars and i was wondering what your opinion is on what i should do first. Ground kit, intake, exhaust, rims, lowering kit or a sound system.

Lower it. Makes the TL look so much better, plus it'll help the handling a bit too.

^what he said. it's a 10 year old car so it's easy to fall behind on the maintenance. make sure you have your timing belt water pump and all that good stuff changed before you even think about mods.

and just for general knowledge, instead of saying "red" you can call it FPR, because the paint code is Firepepper Red. I have one too.

For sure do all the required maintenance, I fell behind on mine and came into some money from tax return so I did A LOT of stuff all at once, noticed it run better instantly and I cannot say how much piece of mind it gave me knowing everything was taken care of. Timing belt, tensioner, PS/AC belts, spark plugs, cleaned throttle body, EGR valve, intake manifold, new tires.
