i would go darker in the front if you're wanting to risk it. different % tint in the front and back looks gay imo. me personally, 5% all around FTW!!!

Definitely darker in the front. 36% is like nothing. Especially against 8% in the back

Definitely go darker in the front. I have 5% all around but when I see the cops I just roll the front 2 down. lol

so you think 8 in the back and 25 in the front would be ok without pushing my luck to much?

What color is your interior? If it's black, 35% looks a lot darker than it really is. I have 5% in the back and 35% in the front because I don't like getting pulled over. Personally I think it looks good. You can't really tell that they're different until you get up close.

Oh and one more thing....IT'S TINT, NOT TINTS!!

Mine is 15% on sides and rear and 35% on the windshield. Looks sick, I love it.

Be careful. Because our cars already have green tinted glass, the tint you add is technically more than the rating. 35% will pull a darker rating if they check it on the tint meter because of the green glass underneath.

thats too bad...your car looked good with it. For tint, its either all the way around OR no tint whatsoever IMHO. Otherwise, the limo-look looks :theghey:

thanks for the compliment... i even had plans to tint the windshield as well, but things came up and it was in my best interest to just avoid the stops/tickets so i removed the front ones. trust me i contemplated removing the tint on my back windows as well, because i am disgusted with the limo look and think it looks as :theghey: as you do.

but i didnt want to take the diy risk of ruining the back windshield or pay hard earned money to have my car look just like it did before i spent the money on tint. im in the process of trying to get a medical exemption so that it will be legal for me to be tinted. when i get the exemption im having the 20% peeled and retinting at 5% all the way around and 35% on the windshield

I've had 20% (actually 16% including the factory tint) all around for over a year now and haven't been pulled over for it once. I was pulled over for speeding and the cop did say something about it, but he said tinted windows didn't really concern him much unless they were extremely dark.

how is 16% not extremely dark lol
i'm on the boat for same all around, dont do the diff front and back, it looks tacky. even if you have to go 35 all around it's better than no tint and pitch black
i'm lookin at 30 all around myself, even if the legal limit is like 75% or something retarded like that. i swear the minnesota department of transportation is chaired by all old grannies. no GPS mounted on windshield either, wtf

I have 30 all around and I regret it. I wish I had gone 20 so make sure your decision is final.
