Exclamation what kind of socket?

Hey guys,

so its that time of year again when I need to take off my chrome rims and put my stock ones on. I just got a torque wrench, and now I need to buy a socket for it.

My question is, what size socket do I need for the lug nuts?

My torque wrench is a 1/2 drive, (link)

Also, how many foot pounds are the stock rims supposed to be torqued? And to un-torque, what do I set it to?

sorry for the noob questions, its just my first time doing this type of stuff

Can't remember socket size, i just use the tire wrench that comes with the car. Might be either a 19mm or 22 or something. If you have a tool set, just trial and error until you find the right one. Torque for lugs is 80ft/lbs I think. It is for the TL-p anyways, dunno if there is a difference for the type S, but I'm assuming there isn't.

19mm is the stock size and 80 is what you torque it to

Remeber aftermarket wheels do not use the same lug nuts as the OE wheels....different seat, Ball seat vs. Acorn seat...
