What does the newest Navi DVD get you???
Hi all. I have a 2003 TL Type S, and I am thinking about upgrading to the newest navigation DVD. Can anyone tell me what is changed? Is it only additional streets, or are there other improvements? I've noticed on mine that things like searches for places don't work very well. Has this been improved? Any info is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The new Navi DVD has added/updated new streets and attractions. Depending on where you at, I don't see alot of changes in my place. And also it changes the voice. I hate the new voice since the tone is so low and I can barely hear it. If I turn the volume up, then I will get a loud ***DDDDOOOOONNNNNGGGG*** before the voice starts to speak. Argh !

I have more issues with this new version than I did with my older one. Lots of inaccuracies including wild goose chases for streets that aren't there, constant u-turns and other crap. Not pleased, but I cannot go back to the older version...arghh

I, too, am not pleased w/ the latest version. The voice is definitely lower (inaudible at times), and it takes longer to search for routes and business names... Also - perhaps it's just "user error" - the system no longer lists a category (in the "advanced" tab) for Bars/Clubs... not good when you're in another city trying to find a certain bar...
