I've got the Comptech exhaust. I like it a lot ... nice deep tone at startup, and between 1500-2500rpms. Above that, the exhaust quiets down and you don't hear anything ... there is some droaning at highway speeds, but if you usually drive with the radio turned up you probably won't even notice it. If you're looking for perfect luxury quietness like stock then go for the HKS. I hear they're slightly quieter than Comptech but they don't droan at all. Personally, I've gotten used to the droaning and it doesn't really bother me.
You can buy either exhaust from www.c-c-c.net ... Only really need the axelback exhausts cuz the B-Pipe from Comptech won't really net you any real gains unless you've got a Supercharger.
If you want something a lot louder like what the civics put on their cars, then neither of these exhausts are for you. Both the Comptech and HKS just add a nice deep tone in the low rpms and quiet down as you rev up the engine.
