What is a decent amount of camber to have?

I got my car aligned the other day and now the tires look a lil too straight, before the alignment it was around 3.5 degree negative camber, but now it rubs basically anywhere i go. I was wondering is there a safe negative camber I could stick with that won't drastically wear down my tires? BTW i have no problem with toe wear.

the tires are 235 wide, would a slight negative camber and rolled fenders help me?
