Has anybody test drove both cars and what are your first impression on prower, comfort and overall satisfaction on the car of choice. The reason I'm asking is that I'm thinking about buying either cars but can't decide. What makes the Type S better then the I35? I've heard great things about both cars but I know I won't leave the car stock very long(Speed bug will get to me). Any pro's and con's of both cars will be very appricated.

You already answered your own question. Without a doubt, a TL-S is faster than an I35. Plus the I35 is only a 4 speed while the TL-S is 5 speed. Plus with i/h/e,res,mm,pulleys,plugs, you will be pushing well over 300+ hp.

But if you really want an infiniti but want speed, check out the 02 maxima (manual). It is faster then the i35 plus it cost thousands less. I think even the auto is quicker too.

TL-S: 0-60 is between 6.2-6.6
I35: 0-60 is 7 secs (what a shame for a 255 hp engine)

Hell, the new Altima costs less than all of these cars plus it's faster too.

But IMO, definitely get the TL-S!
