Blown is Best
Sways definitely first. It's probably the single best add on to improve handling & will make your car more neutral in the corners.
I went Comptech also and have had no problems.

u could also look into the cusco strut bar... it is made specifically for the tl. i think it will come out to about more or less $135. and installing can be as easy as unbloting a few nuts and bolting it back up... you may have to jack up the car. either way its very easy.

Eibach = Pro Control Bar
There is only 3 options...and frankly I wouldnt easily recommend the Eibach...since unlike the Cusco or Neuspeed, you can't integrate the Eibach strut bar with the stock.

Since the TL already comes with a strut bar, adding another one isn't going to help much. The strut bar helps when you corner at extreme speed, preventing the strut towers in flexing.
Sway bars will prevent your car from swaying during moderate/high speed cornering. However, I would do the springs first before doing the sway. As I still believe lowering springs will give you the best handling capability. Lowering the center gravity of your vehicle will do wonders in high speed stability, cornering and to prevent brake dive during hard braking. Plus, it gives your TL a more aggressive look.
