weird noise when reving in neutral..

Sup guys my friend has a 03' TL-P and when it revs it in neutral, then stop reving.. the rpm goes down and he can hear some kind of slippin' strap noise. (not too loud, but u can hear it).. like a BOV but with a strap sound :p

wtf is wrong with his car

I already confirmed this with the Acura dealer. I brought my car in for awkward noises when revving...so just to prove that I was out of my mind, the service guy brought out another A-spec and a TL-S. Believe it or not, they both sounded exactly the same as my car. They both make that weird scratching noise.

The guy said it has something to do with the intake manifold...

whatever don't worry about that noise...it's totally normal.
