Warranty Gold Contracts Invalidated (pre-06/07/2003)
Those of us who bought Warranty Gold contracts prior to June 7, 2003, no longer have contracts. Furthermore, due the the Chapter 11 Reorganization of the companies involved, it could be some time before we can get a pro rated refund of our contract balance.
Go to the Warranty Gold website to see the forms that must be filled out to request a refund of remaining contract balance.
Has anyone gone down this road yet? I would imagine that filling out those forms is a real pain.
