what is a far price to instal the vtec controller? does i need something to be tuned? or is that something i do on my own?

 

You can actually screw up your performance if you tune it wrong...I've been researching this for 3 months...
I have finally found an honest, reputable shop...
$330 for the V-AFC; $220 for custom install in the sunglass holder; $55 for a basic tune that will yeild MINOR gains or $110 plus $300 for a dyno (for two hours labor and two hours use of a dyno) to PROPERLY AND FULLY tune the unit...

 

superballs... in miami, you will most likely find far cheaper price than r10apple since there are so many shops here. tunning it shouldnt be more than $150-$200.

 

If installed in the sunglass holder. Would you still be able to close the sunglass holder?

hmm... i think theres this place that deals with hondas only somewhere in hialeah... i'll ask my cosuin where it is if your interested.
