Funny.... I met the guy(nope, don't know him, but he did sound mad) who's sueing Hennessey a while ago on Viper forum... he was venting and was planning to sue Hennessey's A$$ back then(guess he finally did)....
Anyways, the owner said that, via his close friend lived nearby Hennessy's place, his Viper(after so many months)is still parked in workshop, hoodless(owner's friend told him that, the hood has been taken off and sold by Hennessey), tire/rim-less(also gone, probably sold), and his precious Viper is in shop collecting dusts with NO cover what-so-ever on his car....engine is taken out as well and sitting in the shop.... and when the owner requested the progress of the mods, he got some very uncertain answers..... yet the owner has fire over $140K to Hennesey.... and the Done-Date for his Viper kept delayed and delayed...
Imaging you send $140K over to a guy to mod your $65K car(and that mofo has your car, too), and after months(assume 10 months), and you still don't see your car done.... while your good friend who lives by the shop telling your that your baby has been taken apart and sitting in the shop collecting dusts....
If I were the owner, I would have sue Hennessey's A$$ months ago....
