Vibration in steering wheel

I just picked up a 2000 TL with 59K miles and I get a slight vibration in the steering wheel when I'm in idle at a stop light or braked in D5. The RPM's don't fluctuate and are at a 750RPM constantly. I just wanted to know if this is normal. In my previous car I didn't get any vibration at all. It may just be the vibration of the engine, but should I be feeling that, or should I take it in to get checked out.
