Vibration/Bump feeling around 15-20 mph

Hi everyone,

I was test-driving a 2000 Acura TL today and I felt a very periodic bumping feeling closer to the center-right of the car. This only occured at around 15-20mph, and not at higher speeds. What could it be?

I noticed that the tires were very flat on the right hand side.
The car has 82k miles on it, but otherwise it's hard to know what maintenance has been done on it. It seems like it's been in for regular oil changes.

Also, the was hit by a car when parked, and its driver side door was repainted. How does this affect the value of the car?

I had the same problem with my 99 tl. It was the tires. Once they were replaced, it totally went away. Because it is front wheel drive, any irregularity in the tire will immediately be felt in the steering wheel.
