Here it is: Metro Acura/ Volkswagon of Philadelphia.


Last time i brought my car in for a parking brake adjustment, they made me waited for 6 hours and charged $35 for the adjustment.

This time I brough it in for a tire rotation and balancing, they charged me $65.

And It has been 3 times I told them about various rattles throughout the cabin, every time they said can't duplicate. This time I insisted on doing a test drive with mechanic to point the rattles out, they told me the mechanics have all left for the day!!!

If you really want your car to be taken good care of, stay away from them. I also wonder if you gurus can give me some suggestions on what action to take.

Try Sussman Acura in Jersey. It's on Rt 38 before you reach the Moorestown Mall. I don't go in often (do my own routine maintenance), but Sussman has always been professional and competent. They also set up appointments for minor work which gets you out quickly...the transmission oil jet recall took 45 minutes.

Montgomeryville Acura has always treated me well. Metro really sucks arse.
