well guys its February 2004, and I'm about to buy a used 2003 TL-S......
what should I pay for the tl-s with navigation and like 20k miles.

Did a search and its all prices for buying new in 2003.

sticker on the car im looking at is $29,000
KBB says $28,400 but do you think I can get the salesman down further?
Is like $26,500 possible?

I would certainly hope so. With the 2004 out now....

I just bought a brand new 2003 TL-S no navi for $27,500 including destination.

With 20,000 miles on the car, I would think $26,500 is reaonable.

 

wow...i could get that much for my tl? i just past 10k...maybe i'll sell it and get a 6 speed cls if i could get 26 for it..hmm

 

The MSRP for a brand new TL-S w/ Navi is like 33k and change. 29k is too high for 20k miles.

You should try to get them down to like 24-26 range.


www.edmunds.com lists the vehicle at 22,827 at Trade-in, 24,066 at Private Party, and 26,294 at Dealer Retail.

A lot of dealerships accept Edmunds.com prices, or at least come down more when you mention it. Print it out and give it a try. 29k... that's just ridiculous.

 

so for 03 TL-S w/ nav and 20k miles I should be lookin at aroung 25 or 26. DAmn this dealer really marked it high. those dumba$$es just leave me more room to bargain with

 

i trade in my 2002 TL with 50k miles on it for a 2003 TL type S with navi with only 14k miles on it for like 26k
