Dude, not to be rude or anything but if I were you, I would get rid of the car. I would not feel safe in a car that has been through that kind of damage. I don't know what your plans are becasue I am to lazy to go through seven pages of posts but I would definately sell it since the car is still practically brand new. You do not want to have problems down the road.

my guess is that he can put in aftermarket stuff to replace the OEM stuff that has been damaged and just pay the difference. since alot of the stuff is probably damaged and insurance is probably paying for everything. so paying for the difference would save him alot of money on aftermarket parts..
