Well, its been 7k miles after new tranny, first one blew out at 7k, so far so good, no issues.
Issues that I have had since:
Went to the dealer yesterday and they replaced left front bearing, hub and knuckel, man was that thing whining like a sick *****.
They also replaced idle speed controller motor.
For those of you who are experiencing idle problems, I had similar issue, coming to complete stop, idle dips low, car shudders, then idle is normal.

I told them the symptoms, they replaced the ISC.
Other person was there with check engine light, and his problem was same, ISC replaced.

What I forgot to put in the first post is that when I asked the deal about replacing the cabin air filters, I was quoted $135, $35 just for the filters, and the rest for labor. I declined, and ordered the filters from here for $17.
What a rip, $135 to replace the filters,

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I've been waiting for a solution for that problem. Yes, I have been experiencing those idle problems. Do you have a CAI? They told me that it might be the intake but I doubt that.

So how's your idle now? I accually have similar issues in my MP3.

My car is stock except for drop in K&N filter.

Idle is rock steady since they replaced the ISC motor, it holds at 700 and not a hint of shudder.

My check engine light never lit, and I dont think that your filter will cause your problem.

I agree. It's a 10 minute job for soemone that's done it more than once. Do a search at the CL-S site and there are instructions for the do-it- yourself types. Takes 20 minutes first time and if I can do it anyone can. Also, there are some after market cabin filters for sale that are from the same company that Acura uses.

What I think would be great is if there were some charcol filters for our car, that would be give us better filtration, including reducing odors.
