TSB For Warped Rotors

I am meeting up with some service manager at the dealer since I have filed for Lemon law on the TLS and I want to know if there is a TSB for the famous Warped rotor problem. This is the 4th time with 17000 miles that this car goes back for the vibration while braking. any info appreciated. Thanks

There is a service bullentin 99-03 all TL, you back to the dealer
4 times for the same problem, the dealer should have replace the
front rotors at your second visit. did they replace the front pads
and resurface the front rotors at the first repair ?

sounds like a shady dealership... smart idea to keep going to the same dealer, however, the rotors being warped doesn't necessarily constitute a dangerous driving condition, therefore I am curious to see if your case holds any water (not knocking your case, just curious b/c lemon laws are VERY difficult to win).

Well met with the REP from Acura and they are blaming this time around the tires that I have on sicne my original ones were replaced. I tested the car with two factory rims and tires from another TL and the vibration was there but not as much. They said that is somewhat normal. They explained to me that when the rotors are warped you will feel it more in the pedal then in the steering wheel. My complete car shacks, pedal, steering wheel, seats you name it. So now I am looking for someone in the SFLA Area that might have the factory spare rims and tires laying around due to aftermarket wheels installed that I may borrow to prove the dealership wrong on their decision. As always they have found the easy way out to blame something that is not factory installed. Any help appreciated. Thanks

If your car's interior shakes thats a totally different story, probaly
your aftermarket wheels are not balanced or you might have a
bent rim
