yup they do, and they allow you 24 hours to check out the car and if anything that wasnt disclosed by the seller is found then you have right to a full refund.

Exclamation

Dude, there ARE ways that you can get rid of the car and get some $ back, but I can't post it here. I'm sure a lot of people know what I'm talking about, it's not the right thing to do, but there are tons of people that's doing it as we speak.

i'm sure it's not pleasant, but please don't judge the car because of one single incident
cars don't always go out of factories being perfect, this applies to all cars, so i hope you understand, and good luck
First of all...this isn't the first incident. This forum is infested with transmission horror stories. He is right...Acura doesn't know how to make 6 cylinder car tiptronioc transmissions for S**T and on top of it...they are nasty with you when you complain to them. I got into countless amounts of fights with customer service headquarters in California. The trannys SUCK. It is a shame that I own the car one year...(and I loved it all this time like it was my baby) and now I get this crap. iT IS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

Doesn't matter. Bronx02TL has 30,000 miles on a 2002 TLP that he bought new, and the tranny went. He never did any of that crap. The trannys are weak. end of story
