Transmission Fluid / Oil on garage floor - anything to worry about?

My 02 TLS had the transmission replaced (again) 2 months ago. I only drive it 3-4 times per month. After I drive I notice a fairly small (tennis ball sized or so) spot of what looks to be transmission fluid (it is redish) as well as a bit larger spot of oil underneath the engine.

Is this something I should have checked out or is this just what happens....don't want to take it to get checked out if I don't have to.

I had my 60,000 mile service about 4 months ago.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks

Mine has 58,000 miles and not a drop of either on the floor. Something needs to be fixed here.

First question: Did it leak BEFORE they replaced the trans for the 2nd time?
Well then
Two months go by and there is trans fluid on the ground

BAD SIGN
RETURN TO DEALER
ASAP

They give loaner cars and its a warranty issue
